NO. And if true I am not happy about it either. If he is coaching we need to find him a spot here at Tech. Then again, maybe he is already living in that area and is just doing this for fun because he loves the game.

willie is in scooba mississippi helping the jr college. he is o-line coach for now. just helping out. very small school about 1300 students out for summer, so he kind of stands out.

Man, there's ALOT of attitude in this thread ( including mine!! ) but let's face it - there are WAY too many variables to consider in trying to pick the "greatest" athlete ( position or otherwise nor college vs pro ) in any sport. The players vary from era to era then ya have to factor in the system in which they played; their supporting cast ( coaches included ); the schedule they played - the list goes on & on. It certainly does make for good arguments, though!!!

If we're talking about best athlete at the position, I'd probably go with Charlie Ward or Tommie Frazier (or Tim Tebow), but I was more impressed with Danny W. as a QB than any of the others listed. Granted, I'm too young to have watched TB or Archie when they were in college.
