Unfortunately, she's likely to get charged, and most definitely sued.... sad.
Nope, this happened in the Great State of TEXAS. Shooting someone on your property at night, with the bad guy's gun who broke into your house, is AOK.
In fact, there may be a parade for the husband and wife.
You'd think Texas would-be criminals would catch on to this: You risk your life breaking in other people's houses!
Sounded to me from reading the article that the headline was wrong. Who shot the guy, the husband or the wife?
