    Local refineries being shut down would be my guess. I'm not sure how that applies up here. I know much of our fuel comes from El Dorado? What other refineries?

    Yeh, that is like asking why dont insurance premiums go up for people in Kentucky when Florida has a big hurricane hit? Sad thing is, they actually tried to get legislation passed to help subsidize insurance costs for people in FL, which would basically do the same thing.

    They might a little from a supply standpoint, but not nearly as much as people in the Hurricane zone because of the perceived rise in demand by the folks trying to get the hell out of dodge.
