north carolina had struggled in their first game vs. mcneese. score comparisons are tricky, because teams and styles of play week to week can create some odd happenings. but it will be interesting to see how fresno does against wisconsin and how kansas fairs against south florida.
and rutgers did look pathetic, especially their pass coverage.
Yes, it took some of the shine off Fresno's win. Hope they beat the Badgers.

Rutgers looked like some of the 3 win tech teams of years past. Blown coverages, dropped passes that were intercepted by linebackers and taken back for six. Btw that line backer made rutgers look stupid.

I'm pulling for Fresno. I always pull for the WAC teams. It will be nice to have another "ranked" Fresno team come into Ruston and get their butts beat.
By the way, is Jim Oakes working for Univ of Nevada now? When I look at the brutal OOC schedule that Nevada's playing, it makes me wonder. Today Nevada takes on 6th ranked Missouri. Geesh!
