The really sad part of this is that a crime was commited and the major point being hammered home by the media is that Palin shouldn't have used a Yahoo acct? It's similar to a cop telling you he's not going to help recover items stolen from your car because you left the car unlocked in your driveway.

a couple of things...I don't think that this was the primary secure email system for the government of the state of Alaska.

Also, it's funny watching these e-geeks cry about the judgement of using Yahoo for email. There are very few high level executives (and I've worked with a lot) that understand the details of their IT systems.
