No, the liberal view is it isn't his fault he's so effed up, and that he needs to be treated like a CEO of a company while in prison, have protection equal to that of the President for what he did, and be "rehabilitated" to become a productive member of society....... And that's just before he actually gets there.

The thought of someone like this lowlife ever seeing the light of day is terrifying. Where's the mother?!?! I'm sort of thinking she has some responsibility in associating with this guy who clearly had a known history of this sort of thing.

No, I wouldn't be interested in him getting that penalty, but I can certainly see why Louisiana had the death penalty for child rape. Clearly a louse like this has totally taken advantage of his freedom to abuse a child - don't see where he should ever see the light of day again. Guess the supreme court didn't like our law, so guess we'll have to waste a few dollars on him for the next 50 years!
