Assaulting an Officer? Really??

I am all for personal accountablilty, and if someone commits a crime, they have to face the consequences.

BUT....

I also believe that there are a lot of cops out there who need to get a life, and this is one of them.

If the court lets this charge stand, I plan on filing retroactive lawsuits on several people, including my father, all of my former roommates, and several members of BB&B. Consider yourself warned.
