Here's the story....we rely SOLELY on guard play this season. If they are on, we have a chance against weaker opponents. That said, they will have to be on every game and that is something we've not seen in a Chris Long team.
We have NO inside game. Doesn't matter how much better Dowdell is this year. We have one player at 6'2", and the other one (Warren) at 6'1" did not get much play time last year and did not demonstrate that she is a go-to player.
We are a team of guards. Doesn't mean we can't win 20 games, but it sure won't be easy.
