About Biden and GWB.. both are not gifted in speaking eloquently.. but Biden I'm sure at least knows what Tribal Sovereignty is. And seeing that GWB was the Pres., and Biden is the VP candidate... a bit of difference. And not to mention Palin doesn't even know what the Bush Doctrine was.. LOL

As to the Bush Doctrine, though, that was not a fair question simply b/c there is no consensus as to what that actually means (there are several different definitions). That question was thrown in as a "gotcha" question, meaning there was no way Palin could have directly answered the question unless she knew, or correctly guessed, what Charlie Gibson's definition of it was.
So Biden gets a pass because he is only running vor VP, but Palin doesn't?

The Bush Doctrine basically and essentially justifies preemptive war. That's it. There are various clauses to it, but in it's most basic definition, it justifies preemptive war.

Not a pass, I was simply comparing Biden to Bush. As for Palin, it's comparing apples to oranges when talking about her and Biden. Biden does ridiculous gaffes and puts his foot in his mouth a lot.. but Palin generally bumbled around the entire 10+ minute interview about basic questions dealing with the economy and her foreign relations.. big difference.
