FYI--It seems to use cookies, not IP address. I haven't tried clearing my cookies and re-voting, but I was able to vote from two different browsers (with two different usernames, of course) without consequence.

Why is this thing so big in the state of Iowa? ISU is in it, and Iowa and Northern Iowa are top 5 in write-ins.
