You guys are over-reacting. Republicans were trying to stick this in as an amendment to the Covid relief bill. They knew it was not going to pass, for many reasons - including that it would cause the bill to fail if it went back to the House. The Republicans did this with a bunch of amendments, all designed to do the same thing. None of it belongs in a Covid relief bill.
One can never over-react to the murdering of innocent babies much less genocide as is happening as well.

Last night Judge Jeanne had a black woman on as a guest whose son was brutally murdered by a Mexican gang, all ILLEGALS here, and now the L.A. DA is reducing the sentences or some such nonsense. The woman broke down crying and asking "Why? Why?" I simply said to her...to the TV..."stop voting for evil democraps."
That murder was brutal and certainly meets the definition of a so-called "hate crime." Her son was the only black at a party of Mexicans and this gang showed up, 14 of them, they dragged her son out into the street and over a period of 30 minutes beat him to death with boards with nails in them. He died from hundreds of puncture wounds. At one point he managed to get away, but they chased him down, then pulled his pants and drawers down to his ankles, I guess to make it harder for him to run again, and finished the brutal killing.

I agree with you on this.. In fact.. 90% based upon a figure provided by Newt of the new 1.9T Relief bill has nothing to do with Covid. No election crap should be in there.. no pet pork projects etc.
Or museum funding, or highway funding, or center for the arts funding, or pretty much everything else that is in there.

Technically, the spending is stimulus, which is what this Covid relief bill is all about.
