The Hawaiians are still bitter about that Haka penalty. See the comment after the article.
Jordan Mills on choosing Tech:

Yeah, I would have liked to add a comment about how the refs are the one that ruled on the penalty (after the WAC made it one), but didn't want to register. I forget the story about cussing at the kid.
And they keep talkinng about DD cussing out Bess. Is there proof of that anywhere?
Bess was a thug and I don't believe him. If he was running his mouth to our players and coaches and Dooley said something to him, then I have no problem with that. If Dooley just cussed him for no reason, then that's wrong even though Bess is still a thug.
I think one thing we've learned from our interactions with their fanbase is that Hawaii fans are very, very soft.
Hawaii fans are the biggest bunch of crybabies on the internet.
The cussin' story doesn't hold water.
1. The coaches are usually around mid field to 40 yd line. Explain why an opposing player would be anywhere near our coach, after scoring a td?
2. Theopposing team is on the other side of the field. Why would an opposing player detour over to our side after scoring?
Oh yeah, we are talking about Bess, aren't we. A model of character is there ever was one.
Whatever happened with the class action lawsuit that was going to be filed by the Hawaii fans after last years game due to all the mean evil Tech fans catcalling and groping their women?

I don't get it. You break a rule and get a flag so you blame the other team's coach?

I gather that alot of the people that post on that board are very young. But I'm trying to understand:
1) Dooley is a racist because he POSSIBLY said something to one of their players
2) We are all racists because they got a penalty for breaking a league rule
3) Hawaii lost to Georgia because Dooley sent them a detailed scouting report based on information from playing one game (which happened to be on national TV). So Mark Richt would not be able to figure out how to beat Hawaii by watching universally available game film. Rather, he needed a "detailed scouting report" from a first year head coach.
4) Hawaiians are deathly afraid of the very mention pine cones (established last season - even in jest), which travel about as fast as a badminton birdie.
5) Every stadium the Hawaiians are forced to visit results in a violent, riotous onslaught in which they are pelted with various and sundry foods and beverages while their beautiful, slender women are groped, grappled and cat-called.
I hate to say this, but Dog the Bounty Hunter might be the only thing on that island even approaching logic. Either that, or they just need to make things up to generate false anger because that is the only they can motivate themselves.
