You must not have a very dear, dear friend. I'm sorry for that. Even so, McCain didn't write it, so what's the big deal?

I have a number of "dear" friends, but I would never say they can do anything or write anything about me... And I would not say that I'm yours till death do us part..

Neither would they, I hope. I have in fact told (in jest) my best friend this same statement after I read this article, and they shot me an "I hope you're kidding" glance. I then followed to ask him if there would ever be a situation that would be appropriate for that statement.. and he said, "Only if we get married, so hell no."

Beyond the homosexual tendencies of a number of Republican representatives, it paints a severely intimate picture of McCain and Keating, as if Keating had a bit of a "crush" on Senator McCain.

No, I am not. I support Gay marriage, and have a homosexual family member with whom I talk to regularly, in a sea of homophobia, I am one of his only confidants.
