The picture is linked to the Pajama's Media site explaining who that group is (you will be shocked they described themselves as progressive) and that they were assisting a Hispanic voter in reading a bilingual ballot, and while she was at it mentioned who they should vote for, and sometimes would even spare them the burden of marking the ballot themselves.
