When we were down by 3 with 6+ minutes left in the 4th quarter, I actually had faith in our coaching staff and our players that we could still win. 3 years ago, game over we lose. If we can keep our staff (Dooley) for another 2 or 3 years, we might actually be able to beat boise (if we are still in the wac). If not, then just maybe we get into a more regional conference with tcu, memphis, etc....

I agree, we were watching the game over in Plano and some made a comment about lining up 5 wide with an empty backfield and how crazy that play call was and I agreed. But it worked and I'm glad to get that confidence in Jenkins maybe that he can complete passes to WR. Lets see if it carries over.
I agree, we have a great future and we are looking great this year. Just imagine that this is where we are today compared to two years ago. Great job to Dooley and the players and the staff.
Wow... i don't know... personally I was ready for the skillful Army offensive playbook to show up as it seemed to for so long. I really must say they have improved...
Real question; Is it we improved or they were that bad?
In a more positive note... I'm just glad we have some good publicity on television... last time on television I remember the Boise game... wow.
Yeah that one didn't turn out so great. I made sure to be off of work early enough to get to Plano to watch that game with the Alumni group, boy did I hear it from some people at work after that game.Originally Posted by Aussierules1985
With a lot of games this season and with the recent 'clock' rules, if your team was not winning by the time the clock hit 5:00 minutes in the 4th quarter then you were probably not winning the game. I had hope but boy was I stressed.
