Whattya got?
I"ll lead off with:
Movie: WALL-E (in a big upset over The Dark Knight)
Album: didn't listen to a lot of new music this year, but, Death Magnetic surprised.

Meh, I have a hard time figuring out what to listen to these days (cuz the radio sucks) so I stick with groups that I like - so this year's new albums are Portishead - Third, The Mars Volta - The Bedlam and Goliath, and Meshuggah - Obzen. Portishead gets the nod.

Jordan Mills on choosing Tech:
“It’s a great experience seeing them play. It was a good atmosphere. The fans stood up the whole game and never sat down. They have a great fan base.”
I forgot. Radiohead's In Rainbows was officially released in North America on Jan 1, 2008. Might have to go with that.

Movie of the Year...talk to me in May when I can see everything...I've only seen 2 films so far that are top 10 potential for me and that's "The Dark Knight" and "Snow Angels"...
movie of the year is this movie
THE DARK KNIGHT
it is action movies and so intresting movie
I don't know about last year but I'm excited about seeing Gran Torino.
Slumdog Millionaire is tops on my priority list...
I change my vote from Wall-E to The Wrestler
THAT was AWESOME
It's somewhat official...my favorite film of 2008 is Frost/Nixon...Benjamin Button, and The Wrestler come in a close 2nd/3rd...
