This is the worst break I've seen.
I meant the worst I've seen since I have been watching football. The Prothro (Alabama), and Willis McGahee (Miami)are the other two I think about.
This one (Houston at Marshall earlier this season) was the nastiest and it could have been avoided with a little common sense usage.

saw that one live, but it was not nearly as distubing and completely inexplicable as the one tonight.
Prothro snapped his leg just above his ankle while getting tackled in the end zone. It was pretty nasty. Prothro was never the same.
