Ticket Office

I've been told Brenda is stepping down from her position within the ticket office. Seems there are changes on the way and she wanted to make room for someone experienced with those changes. I personally will miss her being in there because I dont think i've ever seen her without a smile on her face and willing to help anyway she could.

I figured from a personal attention standpoint, when Flo retired things weren't going to be the same. But Brenda has been great to work with. If the rumor is true, I hope whoever comes next is as friendly and personable as Flo and Brenda.

Sorry to hear that. But this is an opportunity to finally get Tech tickets automated on-line. We shouldn't have to have staff several people for ticket orders via phone calls and faxes.

I'm sure we will eventually get it all set up for ordering on-line, and if you have special requests follow that with an email message. Looking forward to progress in this area as I'm sure Derek Dooley is.
