    Booing G.W. Bush

Regardless if you voted for the man, or even like him, the fact that many people booed him at Obamas inaguration is in very poor taste. Everyone should respect the office of the president regardless if you like the person holding office or not.

This just shows you the class of people that voted for Obama. All these people want is a free handout.

All those liberals today, plus those in Hollywood and NYC didn't get blown away by terrorists thanks to GW Bush, and only him, and the few that have stood with him. Not one terrorist attack within our borders since 911. And just think back to the horrible things the Democrats said about our fine armed forces even as they where risking their lives for them.

History is often prone to repeat itself and when it does, the liberal masses always cower behind the protection of our, fine, honorable military. Those libs sure know how to exercise those liberties that they never once worked or fought for. It's kind of hard to storm a beach or take a hill under machine-gun fire when your busy filing for government aid and handouts.

That's right! How dare those people exercise their first amendment rights! Look at all the good Bush did for them! Booing Bush is wrong for the same reason prosecuting him for his crimes are wrong, because Bush is the guy most people on this board like (or have been told to like). All he ever did was get thousands and thousands of people killed; it's not like he got a blowjob on the side.

Whatever. Don't try to make his post be something it isn't. Frisco didn't say those people didn't have the right to boo him, just that it was in poor taste. BIG difference.

His response is just what I'd expect from a liberal. I am just surprised that he didn't mention that we need to give Obama a chance and stop our racial hate toward Obama.

So by my count jharris has 2 more cards in his hand.

WOW! You gotta love liberals! Immediately go on the attack. Immediately blame anything bad on someone else. Paint the ugliest picture possible without facts to support the claim.

Talk about people being told what/who to like... Did you notice that the only time Obama could get the crowd to react was when he started speaking like a Revival Preacher? When he was calmly outlining his vision the crowd didn't respond. However, as he raised his voice to near hollering, the crowd cheered. The crowd cheered when Obama practically hollered about getting America back to where everyone is free and has the chance to get what they want. However, when he less fervently talked about people choosing work over leisure can earn a better life the crowd was silent.

Bush brought freedom, and yes change and hope to 50,000,000 people.

Nitpicking are we?? The United States again has a President that it actually likes. Better yet, the country has a President that the world likes. The country IS NOT better than George W. Bush found it and Obama has to fix that. The reason that he will is because the people have faith in him and they are willing to work with him unlike with Bush. Today was a great day for America. I'm not going to rain on that parade at all. We'll never advance as nation as long as we all belong to a "team". We should all put our country first and just forget about being a member of the democrat party or republican party or being a member of the white race or black race. We are all Americans!

Sorry but I could care less if the world likes OBAMA or us better. And only a little over half of those that voted in America like Obama enough to give him keys to our country. What was it, 57,000,000 voted against him.

OH, and finally now you LIBS/DEMS want to put our country first?? PLEASE!!!

Look we all wish him well as long as he doesn't turn our country into France or just a larger S.Chicago.

I see where you are coming from but it is your type that has got us in the situation that we are in now. By "your type" I mean the kind of people that "don't care" about how other countries feel about us. We had better damn well care what other countries feel about us when we are: asking them to go to war with us, when we get most of our oil from foreign sources, when we are more dependent than ever on foreign markets for the stability of our economy etc. People like you just don't understand and you never will. Our world is shrinking everyday, we just don't have a corner in which we can go hide anymore.

Right, let's just take a poll of countries for every decision the president our our great country has to make. You sound like the Hollywood, naive, liberal elite needing this from others and saying, "Wow you really do like me." How sad! The true past great leaders of your DEM party are probably rolling over in their graves.

"Put our country first" was only a line McCain used in his campaign. There was never any type of plan or idea of his that suggested that he would do that or even suggested that he knew how to do that. Relating to the 57,000,000 that voted against Obama, well I'm sure more than that voted against McCain. All throughout the Republican primaries, republicans had their fingers crossed that it wouldn't be McCain. At least the Dems were solidly behind their two candidates, either of which would have defeated McCain.
