It is not a Holier than Thou attitude, it is a Holier than Thou fact. When they realize that us going back to the Sun Belt would be a loss every year for all of their schools and still be a step up in credibility, we might return a phone call to them. However, the only thing they will get out of us is the fact that our student population is contributing to the state tax base, enabling them to stay afloat.

I think the next 24 to 36 months will tell the tale -

If Dooley starts getting the growth he needs and desires to take this program to the Boise level then the chances are slim and none -

BUT if he doesn't get the fan and most importantly the ECONOMIC support he needs then you never know what the future holds in store -

i agree. going back to the sunbelt is conceding that we will never be successful in div 1a, which means we will always lose money on football. may as well drop down to 1aa if it comes to that, because at least then we won't be spending money we can't make.
