Oink, Oink ! ! !
not liking it at all so far. more to learn still.
Exactly what I expected. An emotional big-city person who believes in legislating from the bench based on her opinion.
Deny her, and you'll get another just like her.
Is anyone surprised about this choice?
She is freaking hot.....
Is it really going to change anything? She's not particularly young and she's replacing a liberal judge.

Lady Justice's blindfold has been taken off and she's been given shades instead. Justice and rule of law are all but dead, and have been dying for a long while now.
She seems to make her rulings too emotionally for me.
I dont mind liberal judges who rule objectively based on a liberal view of the constitution, but she does sound like she would lean more towards legislating from the bench.
Although, I'd rather have a liberal judge who legislates from the bench than a conservative.
She is a "liberal" Judge who was nominated by a republican President ,George H.W. Bush, to be a U.S. District Court judge in 1992.... What makes her liberal, emtional or not conservative? What is her track record?
