Craig Ferguson is pretty funny too, in a "wow the guy from Drew Carey is actually pretty funny" kinda way.

Yeah he is pretty funny. I don't like him as well as Conan or Jay but more than Fallon for sure.

I absolutely do not understand the Letterman obsession. I dont think he is funny at all. His Top Ten's could be funny and a good idea, but they are usually crappy.

I have seen probably 1 or 2 good top 10s but most of them suck. Plus the guy just seems like an ass. I had some friends attend his show not to long ago so I watched it to see if I saw them. I didn't see them and I remembered why I don't watch Letterman.

Silly is what came to my mind also when I watched Tuesday night's.
Are we further dumbing down to the audience?

Yes.

No.

I don't watch any of them very often, but in my experience Conan's show was always "smarter" than Leno's. He's a bright guy. He went to a fairly well respected school (which, yes, I realize doesn't guarantee brains). It's Leno's humor that tended to be broad-based.

You beat me to it. That was without a doubt the funniest thing that I ever saw on Conan and became a classic overnight.

Well I watched the final show last night. It was funny mostly because he hammered NBC. The last scene was great...Will Ferrel and the gang doing "Freebird".

I gained a lot of respect for Conan last night. He handled this thing with class.
