Ah, ya beat me. Guess I should delete mah thread in General.
Rest In Peace My Brother
Sad life. Sad death.
Rest in peace Michael.
That and the abuse as a child, never getting to live a child's life, the facial surgeries, the skin-dying, the pill-popping, the privacy/fame issues, the jokes and ridicule, the massive debt, and just the general weirdness of his persona that drove him to want to be Peter Pan and live in Neverland. Clearly a very troubled soul. Rest in peace.
And yet Jackasses like Jamie Foxx say that "he belonged to us (blacks) and we shared him with everyone else".
"We are here for the greatest. There's no need to be sad," he told the audience, "We want to celebrate this black man - he belongs to us - and we shared him with everybody else."
Racism will never die.
I said nothing about Jackson, so I don't see your angle.
The point is until BLACK/WHITE/HISPANIC PEOPLE stop thinking of themselves as WE BLACK/WHITE/HISPANIC PEOPLE and try thinking about WE AMERICANS, Racism will not die.
And the other point is that Jamie Foxx is a RACIST JACKASS.
Although his music was okay, he created a whole new genre of really sucky music.
Jordan Mills on choosing Tech:
“It’s a great experience seeing them play. It was a good atmosphere. The fans stood up the whole game and never sat down. They have a great fan base.”
