At first glance, you;d think Baldwin has a case because the white coach they hired after him hasn't won yet either and it's been 7 or 8 years. However, from what I understand, Baldwin had more problems than just too few of wins. From what I understand, he had very little control or discipline over his athletes and other problems. Hardly anyone in the ULL administration liked dealing with him. This is just what I hear from cousin who is an administrator at ULL.
I also remember complaints that Baldwin wouldn't make the circuits and glad-hand the money boosters. That's as important as winning ballgames.
