They must acknowledge that the "stimulus" is not doing what it was supposed to do. Most normal folks would think, "let's switch to plan B". But not liberals. They are so convinced that they are right, that Obama and Co. will not change plans, but just keep throwing more into the pot.
Instead of examining other options, we're talking about ANOTHER stimulus along the same lines! "We just haven't done enough." This administration will "miscalculate," but they'll never admit that they are wrong, and when popular opinion swings against another stimulus, the libs will take their typical elitist stand and say that the entire country is too dumb to know what's good for themselves.
Mark my words: Mid-term elections are going to be heinously in favor of the republicans.
If TIME says the porkulus is failing, that is concrete proof that it already failed.
And about another porkulus, there is clear evidence that the economy would be better off now if none of the stupid stimulus packages had been enacted. It is nothing but Obama and his cronies wanting another power grab.
Some of us who are not Keynesians saw this coming from a mile away. Of course what do we know with all our "theories" and such.

There was a democrat congressman from California (cant remember his name) on CNBC talking about Geithner's recent testimony before the congressional committee on the economy, whatever it's called, and this DEMOCRAT stated, (paraphrasing), "you can't believe what anyone in this administration says (referring to Geithner), you have to read the fine print in the bills yourself."
Can't believe what anyone in this admin says? Hmmmm......, imagine that.
