Its just been posted that it is a home game for grambling and not for tech because we already have six home games.

I was going to post on the other thread that I don't care if its the Demons or GSU or ULM, its an additional "home" game for the Dawgs. Just remember, when the old administration had a chance to do something like this, they elected to throw us under the bus at Nebraska instead of scheduling an additional home game. Thank God those days are over. With our stadium starting to look good and be a good place to enjoy a football game, I am glad to see that we are not giving up a home game for the apathetic Shreveport sports fan. This is perfect. I am excited to see my Dawgs play the GSU Tigers at Indy.
I like the game. I'd rather play them than UCA or somebody we've never heard of. I would rather see them play in Ruston too. I was always told that they never played GSU because of they thought students might be playing a lot pranks that could easily escalate since the schools were so close.
I think there's needs to be a trophy for this game. And that trophy needs to be the one united front that Grambling and Tech share. The main reason why students from Tech interact with the city of Grambling.
The winner of this game should recieve...a keg.
Awesome idea, haha.

From: http://www.shreveporttimes.com/artic...SFRONTCAROUSELThis is confusing. Why let them be the home team? GSU isn't ULM where they need to pad their attendance figure.
"Apparently, the game would be designated as a home game for the Tigers. Tech already has six games scheduled for Ruston's Joe Aillet Stadium in 2010."
I think we need to get over who is going to wear the dark jerseys and realize that this is a neutral site game. If we wear white, it doesn't matter, the tiger blood will be more apparent.
Who freakin cares who the "home" team is..we're going to have our usual 20K fans.
