WOW! This time in Russia. You won't see this on CNN, CBS, NBC or ABC. Only reason it's out there by MSNBC is because it was probably live action footage just being relayed to the states. Remember, this is the guy who is going to sit down and TALK to all
our friends and our enemies. Looks like he is doing a fine job. Take

out of the meeting with the Russians and no one seems to want to

I have to disagree on the introduction thing. At the end he seemed to be introducing them, but the first one or two he was clearly looking for a handshake (at least in my opinion).

It sort of reminded me of the "hand through your hair" move when you think someone is waving to you and you start to wave back but them realize they were waving to someone else.

It is a little silly on their (whoever wouldn't shake his hand) part though. Regardless of anything he is still the President of the United States.

I agree. Look at 0:11. The person with him shakes hands and then the President puts his hand out with the same motion while still shaking hands. That being said, the media coverage of the "Bush diss" was a misrepresentation as well.

Maybe Obama shouldn't have been "formally" walking ahead of the Russian Pres. in the greeting line. Either way something is definitively wrong that should not have happened.

TYLERTECHSAS, sorry to disappoint you. This was not in Russia...but at the White House as the Prez was introducing a Russian diplomat to his White House staff/advisors. The diplomat was not the Russian prez. You were PUNKED. LOL!

TYLERTECHSAS, I thought it was the white house because the last guy in line is Obama's COMMERCE SECRETARY or his ULTRA-TWIN BROTHER. You are right, it was in Russia. However, they were introducing each others' diplomats standing next to the other countries' counterpart, not being shrugged. We've BOTH been punked.
