Homicide, Life on the Streets was the bomb
...over 50+ years there have been many favorites:
The Andy Griffith Show
The Beverly Hillbillies
Combat!
Star Trek
KungFu
Baa Baa Black Sheep
Quincy
Hill Street Blues
NYPD Blue
Make me pick one...The Andy Griffith Show...its lessons are as applicable today as they were 45 years ago!
I'm an asshole! What's your excuse?
My parents' pastor loves that show, too. He used to do a series in the summer called "No Tie July" which featured sermons based on AG episodes. Usually played the whole episode, but in segments. A guy in the church owns one of the deputy cars used in the show, so they park that out front during that month.
Didn't really think Fall Guy was all that good, but I watched it some just to see Heather Thomas. She was a beauty.
Don't miss shows for me:
MASH
WKRP
Star Trek (TOS and TNG after season 1)
Hill Street
Soap
Andy Griffith
Babylon 5 (though by far the weakest of this grou)
Andy Griffith (with Barney)
Bonanza (with Adam)
MASH (with Henry Burns)
Sanford & Son
6 million dollar man
Petticoat Junction
Miami CSI
NYPD Blue
ER
Hill Street Blues

By Decade...
60s - B&W Andy Griffith (anything with Howard Sprague sucks)
70s - Gunsmoke
80s - Dallas
90s - Seinfield
00s - Not enough time to fully evaluate, but it's between these...Everybody Loves Raymond or Two and a Half Men.
This thread should really have sub catagories like...
