You should just be glad RP was not in the debates. It would have been embarassing for the other two. The man is a little kooky, but the guy knows economics, and he only does as few favors as necessary in order to get things done at his job. I was not a rabid RP supporter, but he was a breath of fresh air in what has become a very stale political scene. Although all the morons think Obama was bringing "hope" and "change", it looks like the same old, same old. Oh yeh, except for more taxes and a terrible health plan idea. I hope that thing gets run into the ground, that would be a huge punch in the mouth to Obama and a great victory for the future of our country.

They need to get those empty heads of theirs together to truly understand why our costs are going up and not rush into some half thought out plan that has shown no means of reducing cost. Maybe we do need to go to Socialized Medicine and quit subsidizing the moochers like Canada and just go ahead and kill innovation in medicine. That will be great.

Because you guys wont vote for anyone else. Because a "real" fiscal conservative would also be labeled as a liberal for cutting the Republican feel-good programs (abstinence-only) and a pussy for cutting defense and military contractors. Because those areas have just as much fat as the "entitlement" programs.
Is that a "true conservative" or just what you're calling it based of th far-right?

Either way, the military SHOULD be at those levels or higher. The US 3mil isn't exactly big anymore, and wars won't be won by computers or smart bombs or anything of the sort.

I'm glad we do have a strong military - that way we can brush flies like NKorea off without worrying too much about it.

It is what he "feels" is correct, so it must be so.
