A new golden age.
More of the same.
A future of misery.

At this point I would say socialism with the government involved in every part of your life. Who would have thought the Libs/Dems would want into your bedroom via your medical records as well. They also want to be your Doctor by telling him what he can charge and treat you with. Muchless trying to take away freedom of speech with the coming "Fairness Doctrine" which is coming down the pike. And now they want to be in and take over the American car business and your banks as well??? Say what?? But one of the worst is their wanting to play GOD and tell you in your last stages of life how long you get to live and your quality of life near deaths door. On top of that the man in the pic and his kind want as much of your hard earned money, even after you die, as they can get their hands on. And there is so much more evilness and misery coming from the Libs/Dems I dare not go on.

White House Battles Drudge Over Health Care Video Clips
Tuesday, August 04, 2009
WASHINGTON — The White House is turning to the Internet to hit back at a Web posting that claims to show President Obama explaining how his health care reform plans eventually would eliminate private insurance.
The three-minute White House video features Linda Douglass, a former network television correspondent and now White House Office of Health Reform communications director, sitting in front of a computer screen showing the Drudge Report Web site. That site carries a series of video clips from another blogger who strings together selected Obama statements on health care to make it appear he wants to eliminate the private health insurance business.
In the video Douglass says the site is "taking sentences and phrases out of context, and they're cobbling them together to leave a very false impression."

Do you hear him coming? Have you finally caught wind of what he's wanting to do to this country?
I guess we're going to start hanging portraits of Boorack around like they used to do of Lennin, Stalin, and his namesake, Hussain.
Because the country is currently run by the MOMMY party (the nurture all the babies party - the dems) and the only competition is from the DADDY party (the disciplinarian party - the reps), I think it is safe to say that, no matter what, this country is going to continue to become more paternalistic/maternalistic.
Jordan Mills on choosing Tech:
“It’s a great experience seeing them play. It was a good atmosphere. The fans stood up the whole game and never sat down. They have a great fan base.”
Thank the Good Lord most of us on here rest our true hopes on something much larger then a political party and it's figurehead.

Sure, why not? He's already silencing those opposed in Congress.
http://www.c-spanarchives.org/congre...531&id=9022220 For those that do not wish to read in entirety, here is the meat of it from Rep John Carter:The Franking Commission came back and told me I could not say ``government-run health care'' and I could not say ``the Democratic Party.'' I had to say the majority party is submitting its public option health care program.Additionally in this record:
In other words, what they are telling me is I have to use the same language that the President of the United States uses in his speech, or that Nancy Pelosi uses when Nancy Pelosi talks about this, ``public option,'' which they have done polls to discover that ``public option'' sounds better than ``government-run health care.''
But that is their opinion. I as an American citizen and a Member of this body am entitled to express my title for that to my constituents back home, and in fact to the entire American public, to say in my opinion they are submitting their government-run health care program. And I would submit there is no other real way you can describe that if you believe the government is running it, because it says the government is running it.
Mr. Ken Calvert from California pointed out that he quoted verbatim from President Obama in a speech that he made at his recent townhall meeting on health care in which he quoted this quote. When a lady asked about her elderly mother and special treatment for her elderly mother with heart troubles and receiving a pacemaker, the President, this is a direct quote from his speech, which was not allowed to be sent out and was deleted from Mr. Calvert's newsletter, it was a direct quote: ``Look, the first thing of all is to understand that we actually have some choices to make about how we want to deal with our end-of-life care. We as a culture, as a society, can start to make better decisions within our own families and for ourselves. At least we can let doctors know and your mom know that you know what--maybe it isn't going to help. Maybe you are better off not having the surgery, but taking painkillers.''
That was a direct quote from the President at his conference, news conference, townhall, which was not allowed to go in Mr. Calvert's newsletter by the Franking Commission.
Mediocrity.
