She is right on target if the community organizer plans for his system to work like many other socialized systems around the world. The cold hard truth is that if there is no bed available for a younger/(more valuable to the tribe) citizen, then room will be made by bumping the oldest/weakest/least savable patient. It is a shame, in my book, but this is already taking place outside of our borders.

I can't agree with your assessment that Ms. Palin is evil. The president says he wants to the government to ensure that all Americans have affordable health insurance. He also says he wants to lower cost. Without getting into the details (why should I, Obama doesn't), the only way to achieve both goals is to ration treatment. These decisions will be made by a nameless, faceless bureaucrat who knows absolutely nothing about patient needs. THAT is evil.

I'm all for Americans having the best healthcare. We ALREADY do. Sure, improvements need to be made in the delivery and cost of healthcare, but an overhaul of the system by Obama led bureaucrats, all for the sake of his political future, is not the way to go. Frankly, I think we have an evil president, interested in his political gains and the hell with anyone who gets in his way. The presidents' method of governing is Orwellian, and that is downright scary.

Hitler was a socialist. Obama is moving us in a socialist direction. Does that mean we're going to be rounded up? No.....

I don't think most people opposed to socialism are well educated on socialist Germany in the Nazi era - including me.

But the idea of socialism? Sure you can draw that line, just like you drew the line from Bush to Hitler.
