Bolt also destroyed his own 200 meter record yesterday. watching the replay, i noticed he did it running into a slight headwind! amazing.
He's only just turned 23. Won't hit his physical peak for 4 more years yet. If, big IF, he stays focused, he will run sub-19 for the 200m.
