I voted for him. He's in the 4th District, NW Louisiana, took Jim McCrery's vacated seat.
But, the members of Congress who vote to saddle the American people with an inferior healthcare plan, most certainly will exclude themselves from it. That's why they are the pigs of Orwell's Animal Farm.
But, thanks to Congressman Fleming for at least making this gesture.
