    Just ask that Washington player that was shot.

    Anyways, it's hard for us to understand the anti-gun mentality of NYC. It's not even legal to OWN a handgun there unless it's registered...and you are limited to ONE.

    I wasn't surprised in the least at the penalty because it was NY.

    What he did would have been illegal in LA too - that is...go in a bar or club with a gun, even WITH a valid permit.

    Further ignorance is shown by not properly securing his weapon in a holster. Shoving a loaded gun with no safety into your pants is straight up Darwinism in action.
