That said, I just got off the phone making plans to be up in Ruston next weekend. Yes, I'm very disappointed right now. But you bet your ass I'm going to show up and have a good time and watch LA TECH beat NSU.

1) We are spreading the ball around to different receivers, 9 last week and 7 today.

2) We are doing a decent job of not turning the the ball over, 1.5 per game average (yes, we should do better)

The defense was hitting and showed a lot of heart and I think if the offense wasn't going 3 and out OVER AND OVER AND OVER again then I think the defense would have held them to far less points.

+1 for the better showing by the defense. I didn't see nearly the arm-tackling I saw last week. Nice improvement.

I think we still have a good team. I knew from the start we would probably lose these first two games. We have a great chance to win 5 out of the next 6 games with some huge momentum going into the Boise game! After we have another 7-5 season and beating either Nevada or Fresno on the road, people will be loving Dooley once again. (BTW I think we should wait until the season is over before calling for Scelfo's head give him some more chances to prove himself. This board has turned into a Tech haters board instead of a fan board. Let's change the attitude of the fans and work from there)

Nobody is hating on Tech. Most of us are hating on Scelfo, and a few are hating on the offense in general, but it is motivated by love for Tech.

Scelfo is showing us exactly the same thing he's been showing the past 2+ years. It's not like we just decided this afternoon that he's a problem.

But, to get back to the positives, it's good to see some of the younger guys making a few plays (Cole, Stuart, etc.). We've got a lot of talent on both sides of the ball.
