It seems everyone is asking for someone with no experience to step in and all of sudden things will be better. If he was trowing 40%, 80 yards/game, no TDs and 9 picks and we were 0-5, then yes definately make a move. But I believe he is 60% and 175+ yards a game and we've won 2 games (the ones we should have won, and did so convincingly). Do you really think someone who probably doesn't know the playbook will do better than that?
