Saints vs. Cowboys

I think being more of a Cowboy fan town made them bandwagon fans. I've known this for years.

That's only because the Saints weren't winning. Bandwagon towns are never Saints or Cowboy towns. They are whoever is winning towns. N.O. is now their flavor of the month.

Then everyone is right it is a bandwagon town. That's why they all love LSU right now as well. Watch LSU fail and Miles get fired and maybe we can get our foot in the door if we go to a few bowls in a row.

..........Ahh but that's why they grasp elsewhere instead of looking within. They would rather be New Orleans North or Dallas East than develop their own identity.

Pretty harsh on Shreveport. Shreveport has good people in it who don't have anything to hang their hat on, probably similar to many other smaller cities. I can't blame folks who have no major university or professional sports within its metro area for cheering for the cowboys or LSU. Not everyone sees complete devotion to a struggling Tech or Saints program as a virtue. I'll be honest though, in my experience there are more Saints fans than cowboys fan in Shreveport.

Yep, you let LSU start losing and everyone over here will love Texas, OU, Arkansas, etc. Hopefully Tech can grab a few ............but Saturday is not helping us.
