Just looking for predictions. Seems many in the media are picking the Phins. Wildcat or not, I just don't see the Saints losing this one, especially with Miami's weak secondary.

It is definitely a trap game and the Dolphins will try to grind this game to a halt. Saints D has shut down the run so far, but the wildcat is odd and they are coming off a bye. However, I think the Saints will get up and force the Dolphins to play from behind, which is key. Saints 34-Phins 24. Phins score a late TD to make it look close.
Brees carves them up...38-7

Another 48 point output for Da Saints! 48 Saints - 17 Stinking Fish

Faircloth just told me the Dolphins will win. Was there ever any doubt that he is secretly still a Bills fan despite being a Saints season ticket holder?
Miami ate up the clock against Manning and he still beat them. Brees will lead the Saints in a very similar game, IMO. The Saints can score in 3 plays or 15 and take 30 seconds or 6 minutes off the clock. The Dolphins will require several minutes to score if and when they do. Saints lose the TOP battle, win the Turnover battle, and win the game 33-21
In addition, the pros think the Saints will win also. They are -7 on the road.
Not the ESPN "experts." Picking the Dolphins includes Berman, Ditka, Schlerith, Hoge, Tom Jackson, and Keyshawn to name a few.
I don't think this is a guaranteed win by any means, but I just don't think the Dolphins will be in a position to eat up the clock. The Colts weren't scoring, which allowed Miami to stick with their gameplan. If the Saints can score 20+ points, I don't see the Dolphins winning a shootout.
Well, the Colts scored, it was just that they allowed the Dolphins to keep scoring and keeping it a one score game. Remember, the Colts struck quick with Manning to Clark, but then let Miami drive 80 yards on a 8 minute drive to tie it. If the Saints can come out and score, then stop the Dolphins and get up two scores, then you can get the Phins out of their gameplan. You cant allow them to keep within one score because then they will start grinding it out on you.
True that. Score early and often, that pretty much takes any team out of their gameplan. I would not be surprised if they let Henne throw it more than people are anticipating. He looked really good two weeks ago.
You are right Chris, sorry, I should have specified that, meaning that the betting pros in Vegas put the Saints at -7. All I have to say is Sunday night I will post a message simply saying WHO DAT!!
I knew what you meant. I'd say -7 is about right, even though the Saints haven't won by less than 14 this season. I've bet on them every week and they are yet to let me down, so I'll bet on 'em this week as well.
GO SAINTS!!!
Could someone please tell the Saints that the game has started and they need to get out on the field? These subs they've run out there for the first half are giving the real team a bad name.
