we have to get more NLA kids to Ruston to play football.....
Wasn't there a big debate in another thread about north vs south football? +4 for the north, hehehe.
Like who? Being on a well coached state championship team doesn't make a kid FBS material. The occasional sleeper might get by or go to one of the ulxes, but for the most part we have the same prospects as Houston, Tulsa, and USM. and we don't automatically back off from verbal commitments to lsu. The Bicknell days are gone.
Not to mention, we got the best player I saw in the Dome last seaon (Rufus Porter), and we're getting the best player I saw in the Dome this season (Taylor Burch)
The talk at church this morning in BR was all about another Nawth LA beatdown of everyone else.
