    How about Ralph Friedgen?

    - He started his career at Maryland with 3 10-win seasons.
    - Since then, he's only had 2 winning seasons over the past 6 years.
    - The Terps are currently 2-8 overall and in last place in the ACC at 1-5.

The lesson I learn from those stats is that the Fridge can coach, he just can't recruit.

He and Orgeron should team up.

For those asking about the vibe up here and those who think Rich Rod may stay I give you this: Even if he stays after this year Bill Martin the current AD is retiring next year so he may be out when the AD is hired. As they say right now the Big House is divided and many fans, alumni, and former players want Rich Rod out after this season. So stay tuned.

Rich Rod wasn't a good hire anyway. His style does not match Michigan.
