From the shores of Normandy to the sands of Iwo Jima,
From the frozen Chosin Resevoir to the steamy rice paddies of Vietnam,
From the blue waters of Grenada to the streets of Panama City,
From the desert of Kuwait to the slums of Mogadishu,
From the skies over Serbia to the mountains of Afghanistan and the alleys of Fallujah,
Veterans have gone, fought, and died to keep our country safe and our freedoms intact.
I want to thank all of our veterans for the dedication, service, and sacrifice that they have made on behalf of all Americans and our country. Without you, our freedoms would be lost. It is with heartfelt gratitude that I say "THANK YOU!!!" for all you have done, are doing, and will do for the protection of America. You, along with your families, have sacrificed a lot for the rest of us. I just want each of you to know that it does not go un-noticed or un-appreciated.
God Bless all our veterans and their families!

Also, if you haven't checked it out yet, there is a BB&B "social group" for current and former military. We haven't done much with it yet, but feel free to join!
A benefit your recruiter probably didn't tell you about...

Called my dad yesterday and thanked him and my wife's grandfather. Thanks to all former and current military folks.
