I honestly watch that dipsh*t play, and I cannot fathom why a guy like Rattay couldnt get a shot. I also understand why Vinny Testaverde could keep getting on teams until he was 50. If Chris Simms is the best backup Denver can find, that is an embarrassment to QB talent at a macro level.
