Louisiana Tech head coach Derek Dooley announced Tuesday that linebacker Dominique Faust has been dismissed from the team due to a violation of team rules. Tech is in the middle of preparations for the team's final game of the season on Dec. 5 against San Jose State.

yes, it does suck. However, I will say the same thing I have said every time someone has left or been dismissed. Cut out the cancer or it will kill the rest of the body. So far, I don't think DD has cut a player that anyone else has stepped in and stood up for. We have not had any of the issues with domestic stuff like in the JBIII days. At least the guys know that they play in a 1 strike system.

I hope we sign 25 players next year on signing day, if we don't we're in trouble.
I'd rather have 15 players with character that can play than 25 without.
I'd rather have 25 players with character that can play and can give our other guys who have character a breather.
