    Great stuff. (pun intended)

    In the 1984 NCAAs Malone had the "Dunk of the Tournament" vs. Fresno State in the 1st round. Alan Davis' lob pass was a little behind, so Malone had to reach back for it, with one hand, and in one motion, he caught it and wham!

    Awesome!

    CBS, which had the telecast back then, had a segment prior to the Final Four where they reviewed and showed highlights of the whole tourney, like best finishes, incredible shots, etc....and Malone's dunk was voted #1 best.
