UPDATE: POLICE IN SAN BERNARDINO, CALIF., confirm that two gunmen who shot and killed 14 people in a county office building are dead — one is a woman — a third person is in custody, as police execute a search warrant at a nearby house using a battering ram to gain entrance. Police also believe the SUV the suspects were riding in could be rigged to explode, and are treating a package left in the office building as a possible explosive device. Meanwhile, the FBI would not rule out that the massacre was an act of terrorism, saying: 'It's a possibility, but we don't know that yet. We will go where the evidence takes us.'
