I think Florida goes for a candidate with previous successful HC experience. Do not really see them turning over the position to someone who has had only assistant experience, no matter how successful they were. Meyer will help with the selection of the new coach. Stoops, Petersen, Shanahan, and Petrino have been mentioned as possibles.
Butch Davis is overrated. There is no way he'll be hired. Muschamp is a no go because Texas is probably the best job in the country. I would say Patterson is at the top of the list and Harbaugh being a long long shot.

I have commented on Urban Meyer being a man who never smiles. I always thought it was because he is all business.
