Ozark on netflix. The series has a Breaking Bad feel to it. One season so far and I am half way through that first season. It is very interesting. Some a lot of points to build the plot from. Best thing I have seen in a while.

Stranger Things Season 1 & 2 are AWESOME. Takes me back to my childhood.
Very well written & best of all very well designed.

If you have kids or grandkids, Pixar's Coco is pretty good.
Go check out Indivisible. Not playing in all theaters, but worth it to find one near you that is.
Anybody watching the Haunting of Hill House...terrifying.

I read the book many years ago.
This thread hasn’t been updated in a while - 3 really good series on Netflix that haven’t been mentioned yet:
Narcos - what is crazy is how much of what was depicted actually happened
Dark - excellent German sci-fi mystery
Halt and Catch Fire - totally missed this from 2014-2017 when it originally aired on AMC, but it is kind of a Mad Men of the 80s/90s covering the creation of personal computers and then the Internet
A series my daughter and I have been watching -- The Umbrella Academy. About a family of dysfunctional superheroes trying to prevent the apocalypse. Generally clever. Absolutely brilliant use of music to move stories along.
Umbrella Academy is good. Unexpected twists and turns. Music IS great but they need to adjust the volume on the music as it is significantly louder than the dialog. The second season is not as good as the first but still very watchable.

I think it is a well-done new docu-series on Netflix about the events that led up to the disaster and the aftermath. It mainly tells the stories of the people, which is something that often gets lost in other tellings of the story.
Haven't brought myself to watch it yet. I really love the space program and such tragedies are difficult to deal with.
I was a kid of the 1960's, the race to the moon, the Apollo Program, and was glued to the TV set watching the coverage. Absolutely fascinated with all things "space."
