It wouldn't shock me. I really do think he feels bad that he left us the way he did. Its also pretty small potatoes with what he is making now. I also don't think that the Tennessee people would be to threatened by him donating to Tech for another year or two and it would help peoples feeling about him. I put the odds of him fulfilling his obligation at 20% but it wouldn't shock me if he did. It would certainly improve my opinion of him.

He better. Nobody called me to ask me if I wanted to continue my commitment when Dooley announced his resignation.

I think he will. I think he'll continue to send a check every year... probably not $25,000/year, but a check none the less.
