Why is Spangler not one of the options? I agree with Coach Mick that offense is what it will take to win the WAC, but you can hire a good OC...maybe it is Scelfo without DD reigns. I also agree that the pay for our HC will probably not rise much but maybe the assistant's will.
With the budget cuts pay could stay the same or even drop a little.
I think a new candidate emerges today.

I think he if was the first choice originally it would already have been a done deal. No reason to hire a search firm and waste recruiting days if you are going to hire from within. Only way he is the guy is if we are turned down by everyone else.
