I believe that LaTech now gets it and will find the best guy for the job. I may not initially appreciate the new hire, but I do know that our athletic and financial leaders are fully committed to hire the best we can get, even if it means more $$...

I really think it WILL be a problem if one of the four favored candidates in the poll are not picked....thus the reason for this post. Our recruits will be watching us as well and they may bail if we're seen in disarray.

There is a lot of passion for each of these guys, including my own for Terry Bowden, who seems to have ALL the tools we need....the complete package.

I am convinced that silly poll list all the applicable qualified candidates.

They made a good hire with Dooley. No one was really sure who Dooley was at the time. We had to trust the powers that were at the time.

I am not in the interviews. Whoever comes out as the head coach I will fully support. I will give them a chance to prove themselves no matter what, just as I gave Dooley.
